Develop and support your HR lead
Have you carved out part of a team member’s role to be ‘HR’, or created your first dedicated HR position?
In the early days, they may lack the knowledge and confidence to handle what is quite a complex and regulated role. ipeopleHR offer a mentoring service to give your HR lead direct access to an experienced HR practitioner to support, upskill and provide a sounding board to provide them with a solid professional framework as they grow and develop.
Alternatively, if your HR resource has resigned, is temporarily absent (e.g. maternity leave), is over-stretched or needs additional support to help them with a specific project, we can provide short-term support.
